Cycling the Erie Canal tour came through Rochester

Every year on the weekend after Independence day the tour comes through. On the Monday following the weekend after Independence Day the annual CtEC tour comes through Rochester. Monday is the 3rd day of the 9 day event it is the Medina to Fairport leg (about 61 miles). For me it has been a few years since I have taken the opportunity to shadow this leg of the tour. I shadowed 30+ miles of the route from Adams Basin to the Fairport camp and back, totaling a 100k ride doing so. Bob Davis accompanied me on a portion of the ride today and provided a tasty lunch.
