6x800 (2:52, 2:50, 2:49, 2:52, 2:48, 2:38) 4x400 (1:16, 1:17, 1:15, 1:12) Not the fastest on the track but getting a better each week. Getting passed up is no fun but my goal is building the base again. And 4 miles of track is a good start so far!
