LR Workout: 3 x Winsted + 3 Mile MP
Tempo Splits: 6:51, 6:42, 6:25
The first Winsted loop was a reality check. Held off the tempo until the end. Mile 1 was tough going up Tokalon and Lakewood. Needed to gather myself for a bit but got the legs turning over at the end.
Not bad for a solo workout!
