River Nethan, Lesmahagow

Kirkmuirhill after the deluge. Stuart, 79yr old cyclist, was finishing his 22 mile ride, and signalled did we want a cuppa as the rains fell. We accepted and with his wife, Anne, were offered lunch, towels, and more. Were were soaked to the skin. We accepted tea/coffee and cake. Yum. What kindness.
