TMB Day 4: Courmayeur to La Foully

Super hard day. Got a stomach bug and could barely eat yesterday or today. Felt like I was bonking in the first mile. But it was either hike or take a four hour bus ride to our next stop. Got it done. Hoping tomorrow is better. As they say, it never always gets worse 👍
