Pir panjal traverse (Banihal to Aharbal) Day1: Mohu valley Banihal to Achhan

The plan to traverse the entire Pir Panjal came in December 2021 when i was doing some mapping of the area. I had planned to traverse from Banihal to Tangmarg in a continuous journey but Allah had some other plans and i ended up at Aharbal. I left from Srinagar and took a first train to Banihal and then a 3 hour drive from Banihal market to Mahu valley where from the journey started. At 2pm I started solo towards Acchan. My plan was to enter into Kashmir valley on the first day but I reached Mahu late and also the weather got bad. So I decided to camp at Aachan and stayed there with the Bakerwals.
