Newmarket 5K (Somethingth)

Yearly speed work completed, pure misery on the way back, seemed to be some sort of cross head wind on the way out and way back. An abundance of young fellas in the race which made it very fast from the start. Very excellent to run under 16 minutes especially on the day that Tadhg O’Sullivan ran so far under 2:30 in Valencia meaning that we all have to start doing 40x1k and the like.
