Great ride with Kevin (pilot), Karl, Dave & Scott up Diablo and around (but forgot heart monitor so no suffer score!)

It's really tough figuring out your effort without a heart monitor. Not easy to figure out what's left in the tank or what you're missing. Most of all, you don't get a "suffer" score, and this was, by far, my toughest ride since last July in France.
