50th BDay World Map Run 🌍

This was epic ! 3 straight mornings, 3 Ultra marathons. Thanks for all the BDay wishes and on the ground support. Really proud of everything including my pure routing, no stop/start (connecting the dots) technique at all. Actual avg moving pace 6:47min/km (refer pic). Battled to get my sugar levels into the healthy green range on Day 1 despite taking on crazy amounts of sugar/carbs but not too low

The 3 individual runs on my second watch, about 3km further as I paused my main watch most times I left the route for toilet, access issue etc About 173km @ 6:47/km moving pace.
