Coolagown 10k (3rd)

Victory for team John Meade. Adopted Ingebrigtsen/Coscoran tactics and sat at the back of the front group all the way. Noticed poor Conor was in difficulty at 3 miles so I ran up to John Meade to tell him. John Meade pushed on leaving me with Conor who got rid of me on the climb after mile 5.
