Around Taiwan Day 6. South of Taitung to somewhere in Hualien

Another rainy day. When I fixed the flat tire Cody had last night, I was too tired to check the culprit and put the tube in. I paid the price for that this morning, and I had to fix it again 😕 For the ride itself, it didn't rain too hard so didn't need to put the rain jacket on. Now my jersey is muddy af.
