Den Haag Half Marathon

Wasn’t going to run because I spent the whole day yesterday in the jacks. Decided when Rhona came back after the 10k that I might as well as the explosions had ceased and I had started peeing clear again. Felt depleted but ok and didn’t have to stop for the jacks on the course probably thanks to the two Imodium I took this morning. Started 5 minutes after the actual start so spent the entire race weaving through runners. I meant to start a bit back so I wouldn’t get tempted to race Viv and John Meade but ended up way too far back. When you see backpacks you know you’re in trouble. Great course, chaotic start, terrible crowd control in the area near the start with people going in and coming out the same way.
