Notes: I'm on holiday! I got lost a few times at the start. Damn GPS is hard to read on watch.
I am definitely getting faster, heart rate on whole for easier runs especially on endurance is getting much more consistent!
P.s. running along the beach is fun, some trail running on this which is also a bit more technical!
