Marathon Training: Week 2 Session: 8 Type: Long Run Pattern: z2-z3 conversational Distance: 24k Notes: Left hip started to flair up at 10k again so thank god Reece is showing me exercises for the gluteus medius this week. I got my nutrition way way off this week I was starving by the 20k mark which I'm never normally hungry on a run. My stomach actually growled at me!
